Shipping & Returns
- All orders will be shipped within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding public holidays or events outside our control (weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters etc).
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS ground shipping 5-7 business days.
- All international orders are shipped via USPS economy and deliver within 5 business days.
- All orders will be shipped with insurance.
- International customers are responsible for any customs and taxes duties incurred upon delivery.
- Taxes and duties will differ according to country. International customers are advised to check customs and taxes fees of their country in advance.
- Orders will be shipped according to the customer’s specified name, address, phone number, postal code, etc. We are not responsible for any failure in delivery of merchandise due to a mistake made by the customer in the information provided at the time of the order confirmation.
- We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items up until 14 business days from the day you received your order; after 14 business days, all sales are final.
- Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code.

- All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise nor for merchandise mishandled by the courier incurred upon return shipping; thus we suggest you use insurance and a tracking number for the return goods .
- Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: email@example.com. Please state the nature of the problem and enclose a photo of the faulty item. Claims for refunds have to be made within 14 business days from the day you received your order; after 14 business days, all sales are final.
- We offer a return label upon request to our U.S. customers during the returns period (14 days from the shipment arrival). Please contact us as soon as possible in order to make the needed arrangements on time.
We offer repairs on defective merchandise for up to 1 year after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for repair inquiries.
